✨ WELCOME, BEAUTIES! ✨ Hey love! 💕 My name is Jenesis, and I’m a 3x Certified & Licensed Lash Technician. I’m so excited to welcome you and hopefully make you one of my amazing new clients! I specialize in Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume lash extensions. My goal is to create a comfortable, welcoming experience while building genuine relationships with each of my clients. I want you to leave feeling beautiful, confident, and completely obsessed with your lashes! ✨ ✨ PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING ✨ • A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. • The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. • Squeeze-in and after-hours appointments are subject to an additional $25 fee. • If you need an appointment time that isn’t listed, please message me and I’ll do my best to accommodate you. 💕 ✨ ADDITIONAL BOOKING INFORMATION ✨ Coming from another lash artist? If you currently have lash extensions from another salon or lash artist, please book a Lash Removal + Full Set. This allows me to properly assess your natural lashes and create the best set for you. Refills: Refills are recommended within 3.5 weeks of your previous appointment. If it has been longer than 3.5 weeks, you will need to book a Full Set. If you choose a refill appointment after this time, I will fill as much as possible within the scheduled appointment time. 💕 EYELASH EXTENSION REACTION & REFUND POLICY Your comfort and safety are my top priorities. I use professional-grade products and take proper precautions during every appointment. However, allergic reactions or sensitivities can occur unexpectedly, even if you have worn lash extensions before without any issues. If you experience irritation, swelling, redness, itching, or another reaction, please contact me immediately. I will gladly provide a complimentary lash removal to help prevent further discomfort. Because the lash service has already been performed and products and supplies have been used, refunds are not provided for allergic reactions or sensitivities. If you have experienced a previous reaction to lash extensions or have particularly sensitive eyes, I strongly recommend booking a patch test 24–48 hours before your appointment. Cancellation Policy

I completely understand that things happen! 💕 To respect my time and other clients’ appointments, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• 24+ hours’ notice: No cancellation fee
• Same-day cancellations: 50% of the scheduled service fee
• No-shows: 50% of the scheduled service fee
